I just filet everything. Maybe that would have been better. I just don't keep them if I think fileting will be a waste of time. No real criteria other than eyeballing it.

After frying fish for 4+ hours on Easter, I thought I wouldnt want fish for a few months. I was wrong.

I only fry a lot when I can catch perch-blanc with regularity. that mean March through now. Gonna give them another go saturday.

Same here. I think I'll head to the Spillway to do some perch jerking Saturday.


BTW, school sucks. My group wants me to work on our exam all day Saturday, and I'm all I'll like

the fish are biting.
