Mainly just looking to clean the side of the house and drive ways in a decent amount of time. Should be good for that?

I think that is a 2015 model and it will be out of stock when you go to check out. The 2016 model is $399

Good deal, I tried to buy it back on November and it was out of stock and being an earlier model I didn't think there would be anymore

Generac small motors not exactly great stuff. Better advised to stick with Honda small motor washers. Hondas up front cost will save you many repairs and F'bombs in the future.

Costco sometimes has a Subaru power washer for 299. It has built on tanks. It would also be nice to have the costco warranty behind it.
