Physically, with what you're doing, you'll be ready. But like others have mentioned, acclimatizing to the altitude will certainly play a key role in your success or failure. Make sure you allow for a few days prior to the hunt if possible to get to altitude (depending on how high the hunt is) so your body can adapt. You can run and hike and lift all you want, but even total badasses get dropped by altitude sickness after a few days.
I'm hunting at 9500-11500 this fall (Oct 30-Nov 7), and my prep consists of everything you're doing, plus plenty of family hikes in the mountains. But I live at 5,600' and 50 min from the unit I drew, so I'm going to have less of an issue than flatlanders coming in and shooting all the way to 6k-8k elevation.
Where are you hunting?

Take diamox. I got elevation sickness my first hiking trip at around 11,000. It was awful. By the end of the week I was a spider monkey out there.
Next year and every year after it’s been diamox for me.
Works great

As other have said here. Was in great shape, runnning a shite ton before, the altitude always wins. There is no way to prepare for it.

If you run regularly, you’ll be fine.
If you’re hunting above 5K feet, you might need to take a day to adjust before your hunt starts.

'd suggest spend lots of time on a stair master if you have one available
Beat me to it. Good advice! 25 years ago, I hiked up Mt. Antero in Colorado prospecting for aquamarine crystals. I THOUGHT I was in decent shape, but the altitude was a killer for me. Couldn't begin to repeat that adventure now. Done got too old and broke down.
