Making a new career field/ job plus a new location 1000s of miles away from your family is going to be extremely difficult, especially for your wife. Personally I think a sales/ commission job in a new area without an established book of business is going to be extremely difficult. Throw in you aren’t from there, don’t know anyone, and you are a southerner I think it’s going to be really pushing you luck unless you are completely hell bent on going.
ETA: you also need to listen and be in the area. A lot of people don’t realize when you are in the mountains you rarely are going 80mph and often times 30 is reality. When you see your commute is 40 miles you think it’s going to be 40 mins when in reality it’s 1.5 hours

Moved out of Denver two years ago. Denver and Boulder run the state, and have turned it into an anti-Right shite hole. If you own basically any guns, it will be hard to take them in with you. They will keep raising taxes to pay for the homeless, and thumb their nose at infrastructure outside of Denver and Boulder.

You nailed it, Gaston. We toured Holy Trinity and absolutely loved the atmosphere. It permeates across the entire coast, but there's something special about Pass and Bay. It's hard to define for people who have never spent significant time here or lived here.
