How much value do you place on the option of power steering? It looks as though you cannot get power steering on a 570 model, you must go to a 800 or 900? All input is appreciated.

Purchased a 2014 900 Crew Model

I have a Ranger Crew Diesel and it's not equipped with it. Rode on the another Ranger which has the power steering and you can tell a difference but, it's not enough to warrant spending extra money on in my eyes. JMO.

Do you ever plan on using it in tight trails or maybe putting bigger tires on it? A couple of our ATVs have PS, the SxS we have it was added. If you can afford it I'd say it's a worthwhile upgrade.

I share your opinion. It looks to be a $2500 jump. I can't rationalize that.

Didn't realize it was that much. What model are you looking at? A few companies make aftermarket powersteering systems for around $650.

No. I'm not a "form over function" guy.

Depends... I ended up buying a crew last year with the new engine location (further in the back) due to moving the weight further back I felt there wasn't that much difference btw power steering and non power steering. In older models and non crew models I was able to tell a difference. After owning it a year I have no regrets NOT getting power steering.

Well, I believe you have to go to a 900 to get power steering. I'm hoping someone comes along to clear that up.

I am looking at a 2014 570 midsize multi passenger (crew) model.

I think I have the 800 crew if that makes sense, and it does fine without the power steering. Just drive both at the dealership and make a decision if buying new.

Here ya go, believe this should take care of you.

ETA: Just realized you said crew, I'd call them up to see if it would be the same.

Save the extra money for axles. You're gonna need a bunch.

We run one of their kits on a Maverick and haven't had any issued. Going on almost 2 years now.
