In short:
My 2016 Polaris Ranger 570 engine locked up a couple weeks ago. Tried getting it rebuilt/fixed, but it’s completely locked up and not repairable.
Any suggestions/cautions/advice on re-manned engines, past experiences good or bad with certain re-manned engine companies, etc...? Also, strongly leaning toward just buying a brand new crate engine from Polaris.
I’m far from a mechanic or engine guru. Any help appreciated.

Why did it lock up? Insurance may cover it. A buddy sunk his and insurance paid for a new motor.

Long story in regards to insurance. Not covering it. Paying out of pocket.

Unless it put a hole in the block or really messed the crank up you could rebuild or have it rebuilt for less than buying one.

Power Sports Nation

Thanks!!
Someone else suggested them as well. Was t sure how “reputable” they were. Like I said, engines aren’t my specialty/world.
