Just reading extended forecasts and this super cold weather headed due south this week is forecast to hit into south Florida and last for quite a while. Just wondering if it will kill off a lot of the pythons?

Doubtful. I'm in key largo right meow, this was guarding our boat this morning.

The iguanas in Palm Beach County are going to get hit hard. Thankfully.

The iguanas just fall out the trees and lay on the ground until they defrost.

It won't. Those things are now part of the ecosystem...and they dominate it.

I am very good friends with Kurt Cox. He is a python removal expert in Florida. Guy was a petroleum geologist, avid sailor, cave dived all over the world, and climbed Everest. He has not made a statement about the weather killing off the fanged beasts so I assume it will not have much impact. To the person bitching about the lizard... buy a pellet gun.
