Toyotas have had problems with rust. I drove my tundra two years in Maine and Toyota had a service bulletin on the frames. Checked them for rust thru. Mine had rust but no pass thru. You will be driving on the deicing snow melt crap.
Still have the tundra with 280k miles. 2006 sr5.

Tundra..... best truck out there in my opinion and I test drove just about everything.

I would go with a 4 door Jeep. The new ones are pretty awesome.

FYI- I am a Jeep guy though.

I know this might drive yall nuts once you realize it, but the Tundra seat is not centered with the center of the steering wheel. That's why I never bought one
