Personal hunting leases/where to find

Ive been interested in perhaps getting a personal hunting (whitetail) lease for myself but dont know exactly where to start. I would like to be in/around the Baldwin county area and I do mostly archery.
I am curious where the best place or way to find tracts for lease. One friend recommended On X and contact land owners from areas I maybe interested in. Has anyone else had much experience or knowledge with this or on where to start/look?
