But there is 2000 residents in the subdivision. Surely they have more rights than the landowner. Maybe he could buy the 80 acres and then we could tell him what to do with his land.

Oh, and supposedly some of the land is owned by BREC. shite could get real ugly. I want to shut them down, but I also would hate to have it shut down for everyone just because of the few.

I wish I had somewhere close like that to hunt. if they are being safe, I dont see the problem.

I am honestly amazed that you assume the land owner permitted these red neck neighbors of mine to hunt on the land.
I doubt the land owner would want to associate with these fat losers. Apparently, some of it is owned by BREC, but that doesn't mean they were on that land specifically.
