I'm the same way. If I'm not using to stand and sight fish on, I'm taking my Coleman marine max. Less room in the boat for a bigger cooler and much easier to handle. Holds ice well for one fishing trip. I do like my Yeti's and NC's but they are a paint to lug around by yourself.

That looks pretty solid. My point about Yeti vs Pelican is that you don't have to buy anything special to lock up a Pelican...piece of chain + padlock.

I don’t trust chain. People who have trucks and are looking to steal generally have bolt cutters, and that’s just the work of a minute when no one is looking. It’s sad that we have to think that way about ice chests anyway. Trashy people suck.
