Break out the check books...
675 Acres in Concordia
$1,682,500
A large waterfowl impoundment is located in the center of this tract and is approx. 15 acres in size. It is serviced by a 12" water well with a 100 hp pumping unit. There are approx. 15 box stands throughout the property some having small foodplots near them.

If you consider the ability to talk them down by 20 % and allow 14 members (seems excessive on 675 acres though) it is slightly less than 100,000 a member.

I'm planning on taking one of my mortgage broker's kids to the place in Terrell to get him some more bottom time. What's the other site?

I know it's Winn Parish, but the last two tracts (36 acres and 15 acres) I bought next to our property cost me $1k an acre and that was with highway frontage. The larger tract was clear cut, but the smaller tract hadn't been cut in probably 20 years with some hardwood older than that.

I envision this being more like tailgating with guns camo and less dogs. Well not at first but over time we'll have less dogs.

Yeah, I think for me it would just be a really costly place to go get really fricked up and shoot shite.

How has no one thought about anna's bottom? That's where this hunting club needs to be. A bunch of OB'ers in anna's bottom....
