Any recommendations for repair of Mercury motor near Chauvin / Dulac. I used one several years ago and was pleased but can’t remember name. It was a Family owned business . Any help appreciated.

Dagates Marine in Houma. They’re a Yamah dealer but used to sell Mercury outboards

Do NOT go to Evolution marine. My boat has been there since Jan. 26.

There’s also a place called Performance Outboards on Grand Caillou.

I’ve used Pellegrin Marine in Houma on Hwy 24 across from the airport for 30 years.

You may be thinking of Bayouside Marine LLC in Chauvin. Haven't used them but heard good things. They aren't a stealership, so theoretically no BS to deal with.

Holy cow, they’re still there? My dad bought a Galssmaster boat from them when I was a kid. Good on them for keeping their business going.
