I won a raffle at the company party. Two helicopter passes for a trip to one of the glaciers on the icefield. It's touristy, but still fun.

had a badass christmas!!!

I have the Wusthof Classic filet knife. I don't normally use it for cleaning large number of fish, but will use it for individual fish and for trimming up meat among other uses...

Used it yesterday to remove the silver skin from a couple of whole tenderloIns...
