What should I call it? AR74 or AK15?

I just call mine my 5.45 AR.
Glad you got it pieced together though.

How's yours set up? Extra power hammer spring? Titanium firing pin?

Wolff XP hammer spring. It came with the upper.
Might switch it out to one of the Brownells-Geissele triggers.
Unless you're going to be shooting milsurp 7N6, you don't need the XP hammer spring or a unique firing pin.

I've been loading up on Monarch from Academy. Any experience shooting Golden Tiger ammo?

Not their 5.45 personally, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it.

I need the heavier hammer spring

Just the one. Heavier spring is in transit.

Tried twice
Sickening feeling when it does not go BOOM

Extra power hammer spring an enhanced firing pin did the trick. It fired, not quite as loud as a 5.56 in my opinion.
Thoughts on Vortex vs. Primary Arms LPVO? I'm leaning Primary because of their reticle.

Never looked at either of those so I can’t say. Sorry.
I do have a Trijicon Accupoint 1-8 x28 (I think that the right objective).
With the FFP and illuminated reticle that thing is amazing and extremely good glass. I found it on sale which made it better but was still a little bit expensive.
