So when cleaning my AR yesterday after firing over 300 rounds thru it with zero malfunctions i noticed the Carrier Key allen head bolts were loose and the carrier key was loose as a result. I tightened them back down but feel as if something else needs to be done to prevent them from backing out again.

ETA,Thanks for answering though.Is it possible they need to be re staked or is tightening them after every outing to be expected now?

they will likely need to be restaked. and if they came undone after 300 rounds i would not say they were "properly staked"

Those PSA BCG's have been giving lots of issues to many folks. Very poor finish quality.

Yea PSA is not known for their incredible attention to detail. Take a picture from the top, they should look like this:

I have a PSA BCG and probably shot about 2k rounds and not a single issue. It is a PSA not a PTAC though.
