I used that kit to build a couple of Seekins lowers. Have the lowers built, but no uppers to shoot them yet. Went together well, bout all I can say at this point. 
After learning on the first one (my first build), the 2nd took about 15 minutes or so to build.

Ive read a lot of mixed reviews on those lowers. Not sure how or why but for that price Ima hold off. I am still looking for a Mega or Texas Enterprises.

Picked up my LMT complete lower today from Bart at Advanced Weapon Systems. He was very prompt throughout the whole purchase, and with a transfer fee of only $15 I highly recommend him. Anywho back to the lower, worth every penny. Fits my BCM upper extremely well, with no play whatsoever between the receivers. My EA lowers leave a very slight bit of wiggle. All the internals are nice and smooth as well (trigger group, fire/safe select, etc). And of course their SOPMOD stock is great.

Bart was top notch, would recommend as well.
I am crossing my fingers on a BCM but to be honest it doesn't look like its in the cards until I figure out what I am doing with these other three lowers I have.
