I did it the opposite of you. Sent off my form 4 and am waiting to send my form 1. Good luck finding one in stock, it took me a few months just to get a serial number. I know a few places that should have some coming in if you need some leads.

AUT, neither of us are going to change our minds but you are telling people incorrect information. What you use is up to you but don't lie to get others to switch.

Whole lot of good stuff on that list...The A2 grip isn't my favorite, but it will do. As far as the BUIS, Troy or KA are just so damned expensive. As long as you have something to fall back on...

I'd go through that in one range trip.

I had the DD pistol grip and thought it was okay. Just go ahead and spend the money on an Ergo grip though.

Haha i know, but this shite was scarce even back before all the bullshite. I would buy a box of barnes here and there cause everyone had that shite. But plinking rounds were non existant.

Oh yeah, and have any of you shot a rifle with that JP spring? I love that shite, it's like going from a GM to a Ford just by changing the buffer.

UMC has always been hard to find. I was able to buy a thousand rounds for $11.99 a box at midway. Now it's not even backordable at over $13.99 a box.

Wolf is supposed to be coming out with some FMJ and some 220 grain soon, but no telling.

Early December I had backordered abuncha UMC from Cabelas because it had an expected ship date of December 20something. That got pushed back to mid January then the next email i got said "sold out for season." Was pretty pissed about that shite.

I have 200 rounds waiting at midway. Ordered in December, pushed back to January, then May (I think), no eta now but order still active.

Hard to say since its significantly more than your typical buffer and spring, but it just makes everything seem so smooth. Which in turn just makes the whole rifle seem higher in quality. I got one for my 5.56 just to try out cause some people rave about them. Fell in love with it so scored one for this build too.

Yeah thats how mine was, so i emailed them. They responded apologizing and said that "to be honest, we arent expecting any until maybe next year, we're sold out for the season." So whatever that means.

I might as well get one then. Not like I am buying a lot of other gun stuff right now. They run about $200?

You can supposedly get different springs for them now, or in the near future, to tailor it to your needs as far as what kinda set up you're running. But the standard one it comes with functioned fine in my 16" AAC 300BLK and 16" midlength 5.56.

Lying not part of my nature

Difference lies in whether one expects to be trudging through beach sand/desert dirt or shooting range time like 99% 0
of OBers will do with their AR's.

FWIW I probably didnt clarify my point. CLP is great. But the red lithium stays there much longer and extends life of BCG.

Like you said, neither probably will change our mind but I believe my guys thoughts

Well I am going to get an adjustable gas block for my hunting rig so that I can tune it to be a single shot or run normal. This is my 16" barrel with a carbine gas length so a standard TJ buffer should work fine.

On my SBR I will be running a pistol length (obviously) and just a low profile gas block. Not sure if I will need a stuffer or softer buffer with that gas system.

But I am waiting till I can get the exact lower I want, Mega. So I'll be waiting a while.
