My limit is $.45 a round for 5.56, so i'm not in any rush to get out there myself at $.60 a round. May make the rounds in pursuit of a 10/22 after grub though.

22 ammo is the most profitable ammo out there for a flipper...fact backed by a spreadsheet!

youd think that it would be 223 but not in the circles I was in. I think that the biggest advantage for 22 ammo is that you could/can find it at 6-8 CPR and sell it for 20plus CPR......that equals a NICE FLIP with a low initial investment.

most I every turned on 223 was 30CPR to 55 CPR

Agreed. But the booths were charging $.90 at the lowest for steel, and $1.20 and up for brass. And people were still buying it.

Gun shows, Stink, Judge. You can just wait at the door for people to come out. They laugh at you when they walk in. They run out to catch you before you sell out though.

Damn I could almost triple what I paid for it. I stocked up at Academy last summer when it was .25 a round.

Holy Horse Shat!

I woulda loved to hit up some gun shows but it would have been almost impossible for me to take people's money and not laugh at them and slap them across the face at the same time!

At least online, I never had to see them face to face while the money was exchanging hands..

Today was the best day I've had in a while.

Got a 500 round brick of TulAmmo .223 for $150 and a 50 round box of Winchester .40 for $18 from walmart.

Then we tobass pro as they were finishing up putting stuff out. Got three 100 round value packs of Winchester 9mm for $26 each. Then a guy overheard me talking to a buddy I saw in there saying I was really hoping for some .22. I have just u der a 1000 rounds. So this guy comes over and says I can have two boxes that he had in his cart. I was like :cheers; You dont see people doing that. So I got two federal 325 round boxes for $18 each.

Not bad seeing it was from about 9:30-10:30.
