Half of it is. They clearly list which is new and which is re-man. They also buy back brass from either. the price is generally negligible for new/re-man so I buy new when I can. I have shot their re-man though and it worked fine for me fwiw

Agreed, wasnt necessarily to you, just posting to the last post 
I ordered two off the plinker site I think, or somewhere, for $16 or so bucks. Hoping to get some from S&W if they ever allow backorder or come in stock

I ordered 2 Plinker 35s for $30 each and sold the pair for $100. I have 5 30rd mags for my SW MP15-22. For a gun I will never use to hunt or defend my home, that's plenty. If I do any hunting with it it will just be popping squirrels.
