Heading to the Bend on Thursday to Sunday, taking my Dad on his first trip there. Hopefully we can catch some quality fish. We will be on the southern end of the lake. From the reports it seems like they are in all different depths. Fingers crossed…

Possibly making a trip next week, 3/1-3/4. What do the experts suggest for lure selection?

All our fish were shallow. I tried outside stuff and humps, and had zero luck. Everything came from some type of grass. Spinner bait in stained water and Senkos in clearer. Never got the first bite on a trap. One dink one jerk bait. A few fish on chatterbaits.

Nests are around every turn. Throw worm onto nest and big girl will chomp!!!!! Can anyone say dead stick?!?!?
