Why any gun manufacturer is based in the liberal states is beyond me.
This. If I was running a gun manufacturing business I'd be on the horn with the Gov of Oklahoma yesterday. Conversation would be something like "You gonna enforce any of the bullshite thats coming if I bring manufacturing jobs to your state?"

This is how it starts. Democrats are going after manufacturers to make them so cost prohibitive to produce that they'll go out of business.
This isn't a new tactic. Anti-gunners have been seeking ways around PLCAA since the day it was signed into law. They way they are currently going about it is through twisting the definition of negligent entrustment. They argue that certain weapons should not be sold to the public because they pose a unique threat. This has been shot down by the courts before but certain states also have laws concerning the marketing of certain things and the PLCAA isn't a shield to "negligent" marketing.
