Picked up a Nikon Black FX1000 4-16x50 today for less than $450. This is the FFP model. Will be used for longer range target shooting and some hunting. I'm aware that Nikon isn't making scopes any longer, but wondering if anyone has experience with this scope. It will sit on a Bergara B-14 HMR 6.5 Creedmoor.

Scope is fine. I have seen better deals, but $450 is not overpaying for that glass.

Only fear is Nikon is getting out of the scope business. Will they still do warranty work if needed?!?!?

The company isn't folding and they still will be doing optics, just not riflescopes. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I’ve had a Nikon Monarch that I got for a bargain about 8 years ago. They’re decent scopes for the price range. I think you’ll enjoy the scope.
