Right by the Georgia Pacific mill. You’ll have some good cover scent in the area! Lol
Congrats on the property.

Believe me I was hesitant the very first time I went to view this property because of that mill. It sits about 2 miles as the crow flies to the southwest of my property. I was afraid of the paper mill smell but i'll be honest I've been to the site 6 times and never once smelled or heard anything from it so its a non issue as far as i'm concerned.

That said that is one huge arse paper mill. Maybe i'll quit the plant I work for now and try to get on there.

Very nice! Looks like a good road system that goes all the way around the property. You should be able to light a fire and do a controlled burn if you want to clean it up and encourage growth. Nice big food plot right in the middle.

Congratulations and good luck keeping the local baws from hunting it. We have 30 acres in Lucien, (bout 60 miles west of you) and the locals are, just let me say a challenge.

One corner just touches the paved highway, so no access issues.

Yes I have 90 feet roadfront which is all I need or want. A local church owns the property in between me and the road the rest of the length. Roadfront access was a must for me. I didn't want to deal with deeded right of ways.

Presumably water and power are right there if you want a camp.

Yes water and electric run along the road. I will however have to put in a septic tank when I get a camp set up.

Yes indeed.

You did very well.

Thanks.
