I spoke to a young guy who was fishing with his dad. He helped me load my boat. He told me the same as you. Did well yesterday and today was a ghost town

great idea. I wish all tournaments were at midnight so when I do go there are no tower boat Texas dudes working over every inch of marsh. Or anyone.

I weighed in 3 dink trout for a total of around 2.2 lbs and good enough for a 7th place finish lol, it was tough fishing for sure and I never expected to place that high with the fish that I caught. All caught on artificial behind the island between Wakeside and FOGI launch

Cool man. LB is like my brother. First friend I ever had. We grew up together in MC. He said the same thing about the specs. Sounds like the fish are in the western part of the gulf. Hopefully things pick up in the upcoming weeks. I’ll be down Monday thru Friday
