So treating the ones that are sprouting up in my yard won't kill the ones next door? The stuff I have is uncut straight from the still. It has killed Rain trees, ligustrums and wisteria just from brushing it on a fresh cut. I don't want my attorney neighbor's backyard look like a dead forest. He might get upset. He's already mad about the cat.

Scared I might kill all the ones growing in my neighbors yard too.

Screw the neighbors for planting that shite. Anyone who plants that, bamboo, or dill within 50 ft of a property line are thugs.

Dill is not exactly hard to kill or aggressively invasive.

The stuff that I have killed, I have sprayed the leaves and the ring that I cut around it. Only those stems died, nothing else.

Sheeeeeeet, tell that to my lawn. It has survived 2 years of weed-n-feed. To be honest, it's really not that bad. It smells great when I mow. It just has a tendency to take off sometimes and you have sprouts of dill sticking out over the cut lawn, which gets frustrating.

Don't think so. But if they don't have and benefit they will get the juice.
