I see all these youtubers sponsored by this and pushing it. Anyone here actually get this, and what are your thoughts.
Mostly Junk?
some good some bad?
stuff you will never use?
cool new stuff?
any similar product that is better?

I used to get it. Mostly pointless. Once I did receive a few packs of something I used a lot, one other time I received something that I began buying afterwords. Other than that, complete waste.

I got it for a few months. Seemed like one or two nice baits, and then stuff that companies had as overstock.

For the most part, it's going to be 1 or 2 things that you actually use per box. Sometimes nothing. Hit or miss. You're better off going to a store or just ordering baits that you will actually use. Save more money that way. Unless you're really trying to challenge yourself.

But if you want to really waste money, then I suggest Lucky Tackle Box.

Years ago my dad and a buddy of his bought a trailer load of fireworks. Mostly junk stuff, but a few good things. They went to an auction to sell some and didn't have any luck. They went back a month later with paper bags filled with fireworks. Some had more than others, some had better ones than others. I think they sold the bags at $10 a piece. They sold all the bags they had.

This.
We got my son a three month subscription for Christmas. It's alright, but we didn't renew for any longer.

A guy figured out how to remarket a warehouse full of overstocked lures and fishing gear no one used and then reached out to multiple manufactures to buy their supply for penny's on the dollar and now repackage and gift you once a month with the useless mess.

Thanks for all responses, pretty much what I figured. At my age I have mostly settled on my bait choices, fairly traditional stuff.

I got a 6 month subscription for a present. I liked it. Pretty good present. Definitely got baits I would have never bought myself but I thought that was a good thing. I fished with different baits and didn’t get mad when I would lose one.

I will never complain when someone buys me fishing baits for a present but that is just me.

I get the Matrix Shad version of the box- it’s really good $30.00 per month

Plus he does videos on how to use the items sent

I’m happy
