I've never taken a CC class and only open carry. The only time it's on my hip is in the woods, in a CCW class do you practice draw/fire situations. I don't at the range, but do at the hunting club. Curious if that type of tactical training is covered in a class?

As a certified instructor, I haven't seen any others that do drawing from concealment drills.
There are 2 main parts:
1. Gun safety education
2. Use of lethal force education (according to state law)
All other drills should be done on your own time.
