For obtaining a false license... probably so, but it is a felony which if convicted of you will not be ability to own or possess a firearm, vote , and possibly loose your job over

I cant say I've never been an outlaw but for an out of state hunter it is a pretty serious fine. A couple of grand. Ain't worth it

They can confiscate anything that was used during the commission of a suspected crime. It's their discretion, but I've personally seen guns taken and kept for months with no timeline given for return. Can absolutely take a truck or fourwheeler if they want. It's not in your best interest to frick with greenjeans.

My father in law lives on the line has about 200 acres in MS and 100 acres in Louisiana, one continuous track of land. His address is a MS. He doesn’t hunt now but he said he never had a hunting license because he did most his hunting at night lol. My BIL said MS game warden told him if he was on the Louisiana side of there land technically he would have to have a Louisiana license and he would have to pay out of state Louisiana license fees. So he just rolls with the ms license. A Louisiana green jeans would have to be a real dick to write that ticket.

they can write a ticket for whatever they wish, having a judge enforce it is another deal entirely.
I have a very similar situation due to state line on cutoff river bed in the middle of our farm and had an over eager GW attempt this, the judge made his opinion clear on the topic and the twerp green jeans has not been around since and that was quite a while ago.
