Crossbreed or Alien Gear.
I like the neoprene on the alien gear as opposed to the raw leather of the crossbreed..though once it is broken in, it is equally as good.

I carried a Glock 23 in a Crossbreed Supertuck for a year....it was comfy other than the gun being fairly large for concealed carry. I just ordered the Alien Gear for my Shield I hope it's as comfortable as the Crossbreed.

I'm still using the 1st generation AlienGear. I imagine the newer 3rd generation ones with the neoprene have to be super nice.

That's what I have. Like I said earlier, It's comfortable but just too bulky for me. I have another gripe, although small. I haven't fiddled with it too much but it seems like there's not much retention strength on it. Not sure if that's adjustable or not.
