sounds like you got some good deals but now that i think about it i dont think the KM2 and the procomp are in the same class...I would guess just branding difference though.

quote:well you buy wholesale online i have found for 189. But with tire rack they will be 100 to ship plus tax because they have a distributor in LA. so after that and paying to mount you will be pushing 1000.
yeah they're sticking it to you on that. wholesale on those should be around $180.00.
discount tire direct has free ship and no tax but you still need them mounted and looks to be out of stock as well.

I paid ~$1200 for a set of 4 33-1250-15 KM2s with mount, balance, alignment, and some tie-rod ends. The reciept is in my truck, I'll check it and see what the damage for just the tire part was. I think it was somewhere around 980...
ETA: Won't be able to check till this evening though. I like the KM2's a whole lot more than the old goodyear MTRs I had.

Anything under $1k for a full set of 33" BFgoodrich mud tires mounted and balanced is not bad. Cheapest I ever got off was $700 for a set of 265/75/R16 buckshots. Tires bees expensive

I have a set of cooper mud dogs on my XJ that are 31x10.5x15. Front tires didn't last at all and I need to replace them. Problem is that cooper doesn't make this tire anymore. My back tires have more then 85% thread left. Reason my front tires are bad was that I had to have a patch placed on the sidewall.Even after balancing, I still had problems with some vibration.
Sucks that cooper doesn't make this tire anymore. Those suckers love mud and water. Clean out real good.
