Liquid Lime and liquid fertilizer for food plots?

Have any of yall ever used it on your plots? I’d like to switch to it as my sprayer set-up is much nicer than my spreader situation given amount of granular I would need of each.

We used liquid lime it on a few small plots, but we have not done a soil sample since. From what I have read is the liquid is faster acting, but does not last years like AG lime. If I remember it should be reapplied each year.

Liquid fertilizer will work but should be sprayed before the plot comes up

Liquid lime is just very fine ground lime suspended in water. It’s going to act faster versus a comparable amount of Ag lime (minus the water weight) just because there are bigger particles that need to break down in the ag lime.
Why people may say it doesn’t last is because liquid liquid lime bottles claim you can use a lot less, and that’s marketing bullshite. You need to be applying based on neutralizing value either way, which would be a shite ton of liquid in most cases. Same for pellet lime, nothing magic about it just finer grade with a binder so it’ll run through a seeder.

That makes sense.
