Probably a long shot but figured I’d try.

Completing the application for one of our kids before he turns 4.

I did one in the past but do not know/remember if I need to include my license number on the line where it has applicant driver license number. I think no since I’m not the applicant. I’ve been on hold all day and can’t reach a human with LWF. I do have copies of mine and my wife’s licenses to send with the app plus original birth certificate copy. Just that one line I’m unsure of.

I printed off the application today for my 1 and 3 yr olds but haven't filled them out yet. I assume you just enter as if they fell into the 5-13 age category?

We mailed ours last week. I wouldn’t be surprised due to covid, these government agencies are backed up and it will take longer then normal.

If you sent a check I’d monitor your bank account to see when it clears.

I did one for my daughter through email about 6 months ago. They called me a few weeks later to get my credit card info and got the license back about a month after that. It was way easier and quicker than my older two kids. I had to go to the office in person for those.
