Right now I have the normal 2.25 inch level in the front. The kit was by procomp. I’m thinking about getting a kit that raises it 3 in the front and 2 in the back. It gives it a better stance which I like a lot. The stance now, still looks too close to stock/the ground. However, people have told me you don’t want to put anything around 3in on the front bc of too much pressure and so on. Is this true? TIA.

The higher you go the stress on equipment grows exponentially.

This is true until you start changing out major parts. 3" pucks in the front is too much IMO

The lifts don't put components out of design parameters. Bump stops make sure of that. They just make things like ball joints, CV joints and boots, and tie rods ride primarily at the upper end of that spectrum all of the time. Because of that, you'll have premature wear. As far as how much....no one can tell you. Major components won't be failing though, so you've just got to be okay with replacing the simple things more often, and you need to make sure to keep the correct spec clean grease in those joints.

On that specific kit, I don't really care for the "fabricated" rear blocks. I'd rather cast or billet blocks, and I'd check to make sure that hardware is grade 8. I'm anal about stuff like that though

If you go to a 3” up front you may want to look into aftermarket UCA’s. The ones I’m running are adjustable to fix the camber issue from the lift/leveling it.
