So what if it sticks out past the wheel well? Will that cause problems?

I have a buddy with a 3in level and 37's on a 2010 250, just takes some minor grinding work within the interior of the wheel (takes 15 minutes- it's invisible and harmless)

I used to pull a non modified goose neck with my last duramax with a 6" lift. I wouldn't want to do it with a real heavy load though.

No sir. I own my own company. I actually take that truck into the dump every day I am just anal about cleaning it.

Damn. What size tires. My neck on my gooseneck is barely above the bed. I have to be careful about bottoming out. I have the highest neck on dump bed trailers. I could pull most flat beds and others. I can't pull any horse trailers, or travel trailers that I know of.

35" BFG mud terrains.

Eta: I never said I didn't have to be careful about not bottoming out.

Damn man, I have 35x12.50s on my stock height F250(08) and they dont rub at all. I was thinking I could fit 37s with a 3" lift. You must have started with a baby truck

That is because your tires don't stick out of the wheel well.
