I ordered one yesterday and it came in today. I am going in the morning pick it up and have it mounted and bore sighted, then off to sight it in! Any of you guys have one and can tell me what to expect? I'm pretty excited, this will be the best scope I've ever owned. TIA

Never had one with that high of a magnification but those VX5s are nice.

Remington Model 700 CDL in 7mm 08. It will be my primary hunting rifle.

Make sure you mount the scope correctly. Midway USA has a good video on it.

I have that same scope and have been extremely impressed. I have it on a 6.5 Grendel.
My little man got a doe with it at 104 yds.
The glass is very good and clear.
I have a Meopta Meopro that I really like alot and I’d have a hard time picking between the two.

Have the same optics on my 300WM. Love the capped windage and the CDS dial is very nice. For the money I think it checks a lot of boxes for the medium/long range hunter.

Just got it zeroed in, that Fire Dot is AWESOME! Headed to deer stand hear shortly, I feel bad for the 1st big doe that walks out. Thanks for all the comments guys.

Just saw your question. I do not have the IR.
It gathers a ton of light. Can't imagine how dark it would need to be to need it.
