The catfish (sailfin/gaftop) were actually pretty good. My parents were a little scared to try them so they bought some pompano and red snapper at Joe Patti's as back up and they wanted to eat those for dinner but we did fry up some of the cats that I cleaned yesterday and they were'nt bad at all.
