Gillsburg, MS. 66 degrees with winds out of the north @ 8 mph. Sure would be nice for the temps to be 20 degrees cooler or more. Mathews Lift X 29.5” with the Rage Tyrants. Travel area between the river & a pond. Let’s see what the day has in store. Good luck, fellas.

Deer/pig hunt

64F, clear skies with 6mph north winds
Mission xbow, 20” bolt with 100 gr slick trick
We planted plots yesterday and wasn’t expected to be completed but we pulled it off around dark yesterday. I’m sitting in a box stand on south side of freshly planted plot and I rubbed a bunch of evercalm on some gum tree saplings about 15-20 yards from stand on the way in. Pig, doe or 17” beamed buck gets a bolt this morning, and good luck to all out there.
