6 yr old daughter just killed a doe. It’s her first deer. It was quite an adventure but she got it done

Back at work today. I'm pretty ashamed of how much i did NOT hunt during my 9 day vacation.

Between sick baby, tired momma, and christmas, it just did not work out very well.

ETA - not to mention it was like 75 degrees for most of my days off. Of course we would have an epic cold front when i have to come to work and watch over the crazy women folk.

Killed 11 gadwall and 1 wood duck this morning. Quick hunt on a pasture pond with some duck weed. This was my Boykin's first hunt so I just worked with him and let everyone else shoot. He went into sensory overload for a second when the first group of 4 or 5 was in the decoys and the shots started but overall did great.
