In my saddle on the edge of some hardwoods and some thick little woods. They typically walk this edge. I’ve had a camera over a scrape since October and have some pictures of a good 8 hitting it, but haven’t had any pictures in the last few days. Hopefully he’ll come back through since we got a little rain, and check this scrape again. Good luck!

Didn’t see anything this morning. Did some scouting midday and saw 3 does, then came to a different area for the evening. Set up in a hardwood corner between some checkerboard cutover. There’s hardly any sign in the woods, which is weird for this time of year, but in the past there has been some solid rubs and scrapes in this corner. Confidence is low. I was going to hunt Saturday morning before heading home, but with how things have been going, tomorrow will probably be my last day.

Can't wait to hit it in the morning. Leaving early since I'm trying a new area and will have to shop for the right tree. Or who knows, I get there and it ain't happening and I adjust. Wind chill will be 20, it'll be awesome.
