UPDATE:
young lady that lives 2 houses down walked over to warn me that guy is shooting dogs w/pellet gun
and her daddy has a report filed w/sheriff. I told her I had heard that and I'm waiting on the dude to go to the boat dock, she grinned.

my dog runs loose, only barks if he doesn't know you

if you see him go out there with said pellet gun I'd make myself visible with my shotgun. maybe pop off a few warning shots.

Sorry but if it's running around loose with no collar you should just give the dog to someone who gives a shite about it.

just shoot him in the face with a judge and record it, so we can finally find out what a shot to the face does with one.
Thanks.

It just sounds like a battle between the retard who lets his dog run loose in everyone's yards with no collar VS. the retard shooting dogs.

Not sure on the law where you live, but most places have a leash law, if so you need to have your dog on it and show a little respect to your neighbors that may not like a dog running around their property, but the real problem here is some jackwagon discharging a firearm in a residential area that could hit a person. This alone should be the reason you should call the cops everytime you see it happen.

Obiously you missed the long standing dog ruining your hunt thread, which I was alluding to. My position in there is well documented.

To the OP: If your dog is going in other peoples yards barking at them and defecating, you are placing it in danger.

You're in the wrong. If the police get involved you will be ticketed. There is a state wide leash law. Period. Sorry.

Yeah, this seems like a two wrongs situation. The dog shouldn't be running free. I have two labs who would love to roam the neighborhood playing with all the kids, but I keep them in the house or in the back yard when we are not at home. That way they aren't bothering the neighbors and they are safe. Also, the guy shouldn't be shooting dogs in a neighborhood. If you have a problem with dogs running around, call animal control. They will come pick the dogs up.
