anyways, a 700 lb safe is much more than i need. im getting a 14 gun safe for $300 (normally twice that). i only have 8 long guns to put in it. it would be pointless for me to get a 2k safe that i dont need.

I was going looking into the same thing last week. I wanted a couple of small safes to put upstairs cause my wife didn't want one downstairs. I then thought how easy it would be to carry a 300 pound safe out the door. I ended up bring her shopping with me and we ended up erring the largest safe liberty has to offer. It weighs around 1000 pounds.
