$200 for the combo if they are under 5

You don’t have to stick your Fed stamp to the back of the card. Just make sure that you have it signed.

Bought one for my nephew when he was born. Plan was to do the same for my son, but we moved to Texas right when he was born.

I've read if you were born in LA, you can buy a LA native license at a different rate than out of state (it's a temp license). Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a lifetime at a different rate than "out of state". Son was born in an LA hospital, but we moved like 4 weeks later (license just wasn't on my mind at the time). I have mine, but would like to get his before he's 5.

If you and the wife still have LA drivers license and a Louisiana birth certificate then you can buy the resident.

so you need all these other things printed (hip, tags, etc), but just need the card. got it.
