I've always said I don't care about scent block clothing, spray etc. About 5:15, 4 does walked downwind of me and stopped, looked around then blew. Pretty sure they smelled me. That's the first time that has ever happened to me.

I'm on the fence regarding all the 'scent free / scent cover up' products on the market.

I've had deer down wind of me that didn't bust me during hunts which I didn't 'go in clean' and other times I get busted after following all the typical rules regarding human scent and deer hunting.

The second biggest deer killed on my FILs lease was killed by a hunter smoking a cigarette. My FIL is pretty anal about his scent but he drives his 4Wheeler 30 feet from his stand.

I've been winded many times. Even if you don't stank of human BO, I find when they catch wind of you even after good prep they still get on edge and know something is off. That said, I'm pretty sure they're only really wary of human smell, like BO. The smell of the cotton and stuff in your clothes, gas smell from bike, rubber smell, smoke, etc I don't think bothers them a whole lot for whatever reason.
