Dexter Sani Safe skinning knife. Cheap, sharpens instantly, holds an edge, great handle
this, and you’ll need two. One for your pack and one for the kitchen

but do you know how to sharpen SV-90 or Magnacut?

Magnacut doesn't take anything special to sharpen, S90V does require a good diamond, CBN, or bonded ceramic/diamond setup. I can easily sharpen my Magnacut knives, I sent my 940-1 back to Benchmade to sharpen last time it needed it...

I'm well on my way to having 2 full sets of sani safe knives. My wife has slowly been commandeering all of mine.

I wish they made a folding pocket knife. Sani safe knives are excellent, and they're an excellent value as well.

My son has a Charles May from NE Mississippi. Excellent custom knife.

Puma (Solingen Blade) made in Germany. I'm not familiar with their more economical brands but those may be good.
