I submitted my application for Louisiana concealed carry permit online and the website never asked for the fee. I called LSP number and they don’t answer. How do I pay the fee to them?

They will send you an email to pay. I think it's once they process it you will get the email to pay but not sure. I know it's not some5 I got immediately.

(1)submit online application
(2)mail original copies of finger prints and copy of class completion certificate to LSP in BR.
(3) they will recv and process your paperwork, complete background check.
(4) Once approved, you will recv and email about pmt. of $125 online using your CC.
(4) then wait for your CHP to arrive in mail

I’m pretty sure you will get an email saying the application was “accepted”, and it will have a link to pay. Once you pay, you’ll eventually get an “approved” email.
My wife didn’t read the accepted email completely and we went a day or two before we realized we needed to pay. It took about a month for the approved email to come through.

Email them a copy of the constitution.

Honestly you are best off driving to Baton Rouge to apply there. That’ll save you the hassle of being rejected for something stupid, and you’ll have a he CCP in about a week.
As a bonus, you get to sit in a waiting room with a bunch of lowlife criminals for a couple hours, and you get to see how much the lazy worthless fricks infringing on your rights hate their jobs.

They don’t ask you to pay until you get approved.

The low life criminals are busy in their offices and behind the counter, the people in the lobby are usually hard working people and students getting background checks for their jobs. Make no mistake, the people preventing you from exercising your rights are the criminals here.
