How big are Airsoft pellets/BBs?

I keep finding tiny red plastic balls in my backyard and I had no idea what they were, but my wife thought that they were airsoft ammo and I think she's right. If they are, some neighbor kids are gonna get their rifle smashed in front of their faces (if I was their parent at least.)

I think they're just a tad bigger than a BB. Usually red or green

I used to light up the neighbors dog with the red ryder from across the yard. It dropped a lot, so you had to aim about 3 feet high and lob it to it. Dog would go nuts.

Well, yeah. He's not eating them. Even if he did they aren't toxic. Still not seeing the issue.

I guess the issue is that they are shooting towards his yard/house. I'd ask them not to.
