Anyone have any favorites? Thinking about getting an ESEE 4 with a horizontal leather sheath. Anyone have any other recommendations or ones they like?

TOPS street scalpel 2.0
ETA: what’re you looking to do with it? TOPS offers several cross draw options. Also you can get any fixed blade of your choosing then purchase horizontal sheath that it’ll fit

Daily wear. Something not big, but not something that takes up pocket space or is uncomfortable. Hence the horizontal sheath to wear in the back.
Thanks for the tip, I'll look into it.

The bottom is the TOPS street scalpel 2.0, also I very much enjoy the cross draw sheath I have for my buck if you wanted to look into that option
ETA: TOPS uses 1095 which holds a crazy sharp edge but is somewhat brittle, that’s why all of their blades are so thick. Aside from the cutting edge if you want something for daily wear you may want to look elsewhere, that being said TOPS has some great knives, I own several

FTR that's standard for Ka-bar fixed blades as well.

Have the ZT 0350, wear it every day. Couldn't ask for a better all around knife in my opinion. Also, have a couple ESEEs as well. Full tang, high carbon steel, lifetime warranty, and just a great product made in the U.S.A.

I have a Kabar as well, it's just too big for an everyday carry imo. I think the ESEE 4 or that tops street 2.0 is more of the size I'm looking for. I just am unsure which sheath to get for the ESEE 4, but love the knife. Whereas that Tops piece is a sweet looking kit.

They now make the ESEE 4 in S35VN steel.

If that’s the case, why not a Benchmade SOCP? It will conceal in damn near anything and is a much more effective self defense blade.

I already have one and I just happen to like the horizontal sheaths and don't have one yet lol. My dad and I have around 300 knives together.
