Help with Trolling Motor plug part

Can anyone tell me what this metal bar is called on my 12v/24v trolling motor Plug and where to buy one? TIA

It's just a jumper, take a piece of wire (same size as the other wires there), strip both ends, put under terminals, tighten it down and you've created the same thing.

Fusing will be done at the battery for the whole circuit, that is a jumper

Make sure all connections are tight, use a compound on the wire such as "no-lox", that burning was caused by a loose connection or corrosion
