Got mine browning fillet knives with names etched into the blades and on the sheath. All still use them at least weekly cleaning fish, processing deer etc.

Bullet pens - can find them online with initials. Think about $20 each

Every dude needs a nice pen. Go with a beautiful bolt action pen like these Maxmadco models. Naval brass, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.

Go big.
fricking belt buckle with their name on it. Like dinner plate size.
Date of the wedding engraved in the back.
They won't forget it

I did ostrich wallets. They’re all still using them 3 years later

I got a leather man multitool from one of my buddies. That was 20+yrs ago. Still have it and use it.

The best groomsman gift I ever received was 15 years ago. The groom bought large Eddie Bauer duffel bags with the groomsmen’s initials monogrammed on them. I have used that bag for damn near every trip I have ever taken and currently packing it for a hunting trip I’m leaving for tomorrow. Great sized bag with handles and a shoulder strap.
I honestly can’t remember any of the other groomsman gifts I have received over the years.
